The sculptural works are all made from wood and found objects. The newer work is completely fabricated by the artist, but the earlier work began with the wooden bowls,
and grew into the elaborate mixed media constructions. The assemblage work is made of primarily Phillipine monkey pod wood objects that were found in Bay Area thrift stores and flea markets.
